While migrating to a new support desk, we lost all previous support tickets. So for anyone that we were helping and possibly 20 new tickets: We lost all those emails (anything sent before 24/3/2016). We are working hard with our support desk providers to restore them, but in the meanwhile we ask you all to resend those emails (We lost history, so if we were helping you in any way, please re-explain what the issue was).
